Good to know
Every fish, chicken, or duck we sell is registered as a specific batch on the day it's sourced — with its origin, weight, and date logged. When you place an order, it's assigned to one real batch, and that batch's journey (and video, once published) is what you see. It's a record, not a marketing story.
Yes. A poultry product can't even be listed without a halal certificate on file, and every individual batch is re-confirmed against a certificate before it can be sold. Halal slaughter is a mandatory, logged checkpoint before any poultry order is dispatched.
We currently deliver within Dhaka only, to a defined list of serviceable areas (thanas). You'll see whether your address is deliverable the moment you save it, and you pick a delivery slot with real available capacity at checkout.
You can pay by card, mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), or Cash on Delivery. Card and wallet payments go through a secure payment gateway — we never see or store your card details. COD means exactly that: pay when your order arrives.
Each product is priced per its own unit — usually per kg for fresh fish and poultry, since they're sold by weight, but some items may be priced by piece or another unit instead. You choose the quantity you want (within each product's min–max range), and the price is calculated accordingly, plus any processing option you pick — whole, cleaned, cut, and so on.
Adding to cart reserves your quantity for 20 minutes while you check out. If a reservation lapses and someone else claims the stock, the item is clearly flagged in your cart — it never silently disappears, and you're never charged for something that can't be delivered.
Yes — free, instant self-service cancellation any time before your order starts being prepared. Once preparation begins (your order has been matched to a physical batch), cancellation goes through support instead. If you'd already paid, the refund is automatic.
